About Positive Workplace
My name is Beata Wiśniewska, and I created Positive Workplace after spending more than a decade working in corporate environments in and around Amsterdam. During that time, I experienced both healthy and toxic workplace cultures, which showed me how strongly workplace environments affect people’s wellbeing, motivation, and performance. My goal is to support organizations in creating environments where employees feel heard, valued, supported, and motivated to contribute to long-term success. I provide practical trainings, coaching, and guidance for leaders, teams, and employees, with a strong focus on communication, collaboration, workplace behavior, employee wellbeing, and sustainable growth.
